About the role

Are you ready for an exciting journey as an Account Manager? We're on the lookout for someone who loves building long-lasting client relationships and making clients genuinely happy. In this role, you won't just work with clients; you'll be their guide, their supporter, and their educator. You also have a knack for project management and enjoy taking the lead. By keeping an eye on timelines, tracking project progress, and making sure clients' expectations are met, you'll be the driving force behind your clients' success. Objectives of this role

  1. Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  2. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  3. Formulate and action implementation plans for new clients.
  4. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
  5. Craft personalized account strategies, as unique as our clients.
  6. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of project progress, support tickets and all client related tasks.
  7. Work with product and development teams for new features the clients you manage may require.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
  2. Offer valuable insights to clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our products.
  3. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  4. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  5. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.
  6. Work hand-in-hand with a diverse array of stakeholders, both inside and outside our company.
  7. Be the voice of the clients you manage throughout our organisation by collaborating closely with our sales, support, and product teams.
  8. Dive deep into understanding what clients truly desire.
