About A'DAM LOOKOUT
A'DAM LOOKOUT gives a 360-degree view of Amsterdam and its surroundings at a height of 100 meters. From the indoor and outdoor observation deck, you can look out over the historic center, the famous canals, and the characteristic Dutch polder landscape. And there is more to experience on the top of this iconic building! Here you find the highest swing in Europe, you can experience the Amsterdam VR Rollercoaster Ride, you can enjoy lunch or cocktail, and learn about the city with the interactive binoculars.

How it started
At the opening in 2016, we implemented the end-to-end ticketing solution that connects all sales and distribution channels and creates one interface to manage sales, operations, customer service, and reporting. Over the years following, A’DAM LOOKOUT started partnering with other attractions in Amsterdam where they can source and sell their products with live availability on any of the sales channels.
How it is going
Where resellers became less of a focus point, A’DAM LOOKOUT started developing in-house experiences such as VR Game Park, the VR Rollercoaster Ride, and the reopening of the new swing. With over 800.000 visitors and high conversion on in-house products, A’DAM LOOKOUT became a must-visit attraction in Amsterdam!
