We are seeking an experienced Creative Product Owner with a strong background in both product management and design, capable of elevating our B2B and B2C solutions to new heights. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at making informed decisions to propel product innovation and a proactive, initiative-driven attitude.
What will you be doing?
- Guide the enhancement and advancement of mature products, identifying opportunities for quick improvements and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Navigate high-pressure situations with ease and efficiently manage demanding high-profile clients while maintaining a steadfast focus on product objectives.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with client steering teams and company executives to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate design sessions to bring ideas into reality.
- Guide a dedicated development team, overseeing resource planning, prioritization, and supporting team members in achieving their objectives.
- Manage the end to end product lifecycle
- Responsible for comprehensive release notes and upholding quality standards in terms of performance, usability, and security.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit, actively participating in company events and demonstrating a can-do attitude in all interactions.
- Align with the company vision and contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth UX reviews and optimizations to enhance user experiences, leveraging design expertise to drive product improvements.
Who are you?
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management or product design, with a proven track record of success in managing B2B and B2C products.
- Prior experience as a designer is a must, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experienced working directly with high-profile clients and executive leadership to drive product innovation and success.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to integrate design principles into product development processes.
- Proficiency in analysing data and solving problems.
